St.Patrick’s Day is just around the corner, and as tradition dictates you celebrate with a beer! Now, we love a good green beer, but we at Niagara Brewing Company have a much more interesting take on the custom. After all, we are home to a fiery red that leaves the rest green with envy.
Our 4.7% Alc./21 IBU Irish Red Ale is classically Irish. A prominent malt flavour is topped with strong caramel, biscuit and toffee highlights. It is a refreshing dark red studded with ruby highlights to achieve a balance that starts slightly sweet but finishes with dry with a slight roast.
