Always pouring, never boring is more than a marketing tagline, it’s the words we live by at Niagara Brewing Company. It is also our action plan for the Summer with an exciting lineup of flavours coming to our rotating taps in time for patio season.
We have just welcomed the first of the new craft beers to the lineup, our Ukraine Pilsner (5% Alc. / 30 IBU). This straw coloured brew features Bohemian 2 row and caramel malts, and is hopped throughout the boil with Ukrainian Ksanta hops. Brilliant and clear with a creamy, long-lasting white head, it is crisp and slightly bitter, with a dry and slightly spicy finish from the Ksanta hops.
Ukraine Pilsner is the starting point of an exciting summer. In the coming months, our rotating taps will welcome back some of our most refreshing beers. Our popular Blood Orange Sour will make a return, cream ale will join the party and a certain red-head will be back, we call her Amber, Eh!
Rotating Taps at Niagara Brewing Company are just one piece of the story that makes every visit an exciting adventure!
