It will be available on December 1st to buy in 375ml and 750ml bottles, and to enjoy on tap at the brewery.
Ice wine is a sweet and delicious dessert wine produced from grapes that have frozen while still on the vine, and Canada is the world’s largest producer. Ontario, and the Niagara Peninsula in particular, produce most of the country’s ice wine because the area possesses an ideal winter climate as temperatures have to hit at least -8°C after the grapes ripen.
